ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Everyone deserves to access fitness information without barriers—that's not negotiable.
I'm committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. If you run into issues navigating the site or accessing any content, I want to know about it so I can fix it.
What I’m Doing to Make This Site Accessible
CLEAR STRUCTURE: Headings, labels, and navigation are organized logically so you can find what you need without hunting.
KEYBOARD NAVIGATION: You can navigate the entire site using just your keyboard—no mouse required.
TEXT ALTERNATIVES: Images, videos, and other visual content include descriptions so screen readers can tell you what's there.
READABLE TEXT: Text and background colors have enough contrast to be read clearly.
HELPFUL FORMS: All forms and interactive elements include clear instructions and error messages so you know exactly what to do.
Standards I Follow
This site follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It's the industry benchmark, and I take it seriously.
Something Not Working Right?
If you hit any accessibility barriers—something you can't access, navigate, or understand—please email me at Angelica@valiosawellness.com. I'll address it as quickly as possible.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility isn't a one-time thing. I regularly review the site's content and design to make sure it stays accessible as I add new features and pages.
External Links
Some pages link to external websites or third-party content. I can't guarantee those sites meet accessibility standards, but I try to link only to reputable sources that prioritize accessibility.
