      You fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can build your program (goals, fitness history, injuries, schedule, equipment available)

    • Custom Training Program
      Workouts are designed specifically for YOU and uploaded to the Valiosa App within 24 hours

    • Real-Time Video Coaching
      We meet via FaceTime or WhatsApp. I watch you move, correct form, coach you through exercises, and adjust intensity in real-time

    • Session Length
      30-45 minutes depending on your package and workout that day

    • Flexible Scheduling
      You book sessions week-by-week based on your availability

    • Custom Workouts in the App
      On days we don't meet live, you have workouts to do on your own (programmed by me, tracked in the app)
