THE 12-WEEK COMMITMENT

I require 12 weeks because that's how long it actually takes to build real strength and sustainable habits.

Week 1-4: You're learning form and building consistency
Week 5-8: You're adding weight and building strength
Week 9-12: You're seeing visible progress and measurable gains

Anything less and you're shortchanging yourself. Most upfront clients choose to continue after seeing their results—but the choice is 100% yours.

This is the same custom programming I create for my in-person clients—delivered through the app so it fits your schedule and budget.

 

  • 1. PAY UPFRONT & COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE
    After payment, you'll receive a comprehensive intake questionnaire. This helps me understand your goals, experience, injuries, and available equipment.

    2. SCHEDULE YOUR STRATEGY CALL
    Once I review your intake (usually within 24 hours), you'll get a Calendly link to book your 45-minute strategy session. We'll design your program together.

    3. GET YOUR PROGRAM & START TRAINING
    After our call, I'll build your program and send your Valiosa App login. Download the app, log in, and your personalized workouts are waiting.

    4. TRAIN & CHECK IN WEEKLY
    Follow your program, log your workouts, check in with me every week. Your plan evolves as you get stronger.

  • Self-motivated women ages 28-45 who are ready to commit to consistent training but don't need someone physically present during workouts.
